Authorized users must register to request access to information in the Clearinghouse. You will need to sign in with a login.gov account to begin your Clearinghouse registration.
Sign in to your Uber account through the driver login or rider login here. Entities that employ CDL drivers must register in the Clearinghouse as employers. This includes CDL drivers who are self-employed and operate under their own USDOT Numbers. Registering as an employer enables these users to conduct queries and report drug and alcohol program violations, as well as designate consortia/third-party administrators.

Government Personnel
FMCSA enforcement personnel and State Driver Licensing Agencies should not complete Clearinghouse registration. Log in using your FMCSA Portal credentials.
